maintain this speed by right
Now This is Ram Racing… Almost. Reward: Nothing Quest Giver: Neill Ramstein This is your first taste of riding a ram. Some things you’ll need to know about the different speeds: Fatigue: When your ram reaches 100 fatigue, it will become Exhausted and slow down considerably for 10 seconds. Gallop: Fatigue is increased by 5 and you move at a fast pace. Canter: Fatigue is increased by 1 and you move at a brisk pace. Trot: Fatigue is decreased by 2 and you move at a leisurely pace. Walk: Fatigue is decreased by 4 and you move at a slow pace. To speed up, open your inventory and right-click on the Ram Racing Reins. The icon looks like a belt. Speed up to a Gallop and maintain this speed by right-clicking the reins every couple of seconds. Once you hold a Gallop for 8 seconds, stop clicking until you slow to a Canter. Right-click every couple of seconds to hold a Canter for 8 seconds. Stop clicking again to slow to a Trot. Hold the trot for 8 seconds and return to the quest giver. There and Back Again
Are you sitting down, Rogues? Ghostcrawler finally addressed the Vanish bug over on the forums, but not in the way you’d want him to: he says that while it probably is a bug, they can’t seem to find it. According to Mr. Street, every time they sit down and try to recreate the bug issues with Vanish (aggro isn’t lost when it’s supposed to be), they come up short, like a mechanic who never hears that rattling in your car.
I’ll echo what many players in the thread say: it is there. I’ve had it bite me many times — given that I don’t Arena much, it’s usually when I pull aggro from multiple mobs while soloing, and try to Vanish away: one of them will strangely keep attacking me. But in terms of reproducing it, GC’s got me — I don’t know when it happens, or what circumstances make it happen, I just know that it happens. And when it does, it’s annoying.
He also says that like Onyxia Deep Breath-ing more, the Vanish bug has moved into a kind of legendary perpetual problem, so much so that they can’t tell the real complaints from the jokes. So maybe for your favorite bug in the game (ahem, someday I’ll get a Cower bug fix), it’s not so much a matter of Blizzard just fixing it, as Blizzard finding out why it’s happening in the first place.
one of the classes in the World
Gear ManagerWith the Dual Spec you’ll also get a Gear Manager where you can click a button and your gear set will be switched to the appropriate set saving space and time.Hearthstone and Ghetto HearthingYou’ll no longer be able to ghetto hearth (join an instance as a group, leave group and get ported to your hearths location). Instead you’ll be sent to the nearest GY. However Hearthstones will now be 30 minute cooldown instead of 60.Well, there you go some of the major changes to WOW coming up in patch 3.1 (some call it 3.1.0).The Hunter is one of the classes in the World of Warcraft whose role depends on their WOW Hunter Talents. Aside from being an efficient DPS provider, a Hunter can take on other roles such as pulling, crowd control and some situations, as a tank. It is one of the fastest leveling classes in the game and the most profitable farmers as well. You might be wondering what the best WOTLK Hunter talent build is.
We started off this column talking about the very first levels you go through as a hunter, from one to ten, and from there we got off onto other topics, such as getting your first pet, controlling it well, managing your threat, using crowd control, and other things all hunters must learn as we level up. But we talked about all these things in the abstract, not in the context of actually leveling up, the specific abilities you’ll get, and how that’ll change the way you play.
So today I’ll start up the leveling train again, from levels 10 to 20, and we’ll have a closer look at how these general ideas fit in to that period of your hunting career. Except for the sheer time investment involved, the hardest part of hunter leveling is already over once you reach level 10 and get your pet, and that makes this the most dangerous time for a hunter, when we are most likely to fall into lazy hunting habits and neglect the opportunity for complexity that shows up later on. Whereas before you had to work hard to stay out of your enemy’s melee range, now it’s a simple three-step process:
1. Send in your pet for the attack.
hours to lessen your competition
The most important thing about AOE grinding effectively is knowing where a good farming spot is. There are hundreds of farming spots in WoW Wrath of the Lich King. Sometimes it is hard to find a good farming spot if you’re a highly competitive server with high population. If you know of a good spot, I would try farming there during non-peak hours to lessen your competition.I personally have been playing World of Warcraft since the original beta release back in 2004. I was first in line to get blizzard’s latest expansion (Wrath of the Lich King) and I have done my research in the game. I have discovered many awesome WoW Farming Spots that will help you earn up to 1000 gold per hour! Not many guides out there can compare to that amount gold per hour. Some people don’t like to just AOE grind for gold, they like to gain reputation for different factions as well. For this reason I have compiled a very in-depth Daily Quest Guide for Northrend. This is by far the best route for finishing 25 daily quests in WoW Wrath of the Lich King.
Just in time for everyone’s raiding tonight, Lead Encounter Designer Daelo has announced two important hotfixes that have gone live.
Sapphiron and Malygos both should now be working as intended.
Sapphiron’s Frost aura has been hotfixed to return to levels that we’ve all seen previous to patch 3.0.8. This means there should be 1200 damage every 2 seconds in the 10-man version, and 1600 damage every 2 seconds in the 25-man version. Note however that the tooltip is incorrect, in that it says the damage occurs every second. According to Daelo this will be fixed in the next client patch (and no, there is no indication of when that is).
As for Malygos…
He’s been hotfixed to add a small amount of time from the point when he lands after the Vortex to the point where he does his Arcane Breath. Ideally this will let hunter pets get in position. Malygos 10-man should have been working fine already, and this change should only affect 25-man Malygos.
There is no indication if the lag induced and healing-related problems of Malygos have been fixed. I’m betting they have been though.
We’ll update this post if we get any more information in on this tonight.
have no plans to anytime soon
A little background on me. My main is a priest named Overpowered which I’ve been playing since January 06. After a while, BC came out and I became interested in leveling a paladin. I’ve been ret or prot my whole time on this char. I’ve never specced Holy and have no plans to anytime soon. I enjoy tanking and paladins have vast potential when it comes to tanking, especially AoE tanking. Now, we all know that paladins are the best when it comes to AoE tanking, now how about AoE grinding as well?Blessing of Sanctuary Shield Spike (preferably thorium or felsteel) Shield with a high block rate. Redoubt + Holy Shield (so you’ll block much more often and your holy damage will be nearly guaranteed to hit with the block rate of redoubt + holy shield. Retribution Aura Consecration. Preferably with Thrash Blade or Flurry Axe (either is good, and preferably with Lifestealing enchant) Note: In my video I have my Thrash Blade unenchanted as I already spent my LIfestealing mats on my Flurry Axe (It was a good decision at the time)
